Ingredients

150 gram chicken breast
1/2 red bell pepper seeded and chopped
1/2 yellow bell pepper chopped
1/2 cup brown rice
1/2 garlic clove, chopped
1 pinch chilli powder
1 pinch Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 pinch cayenne pepper
Directions
Cut the chicken in long thin slices.
Chop the vegetables in small pieces and spray a pan grill with non-stick cooking spray.
Grill the chicken for 20 minutes until it is cooked thoroughly.
Now add the vegetables, cayenne pepper, herbs, salt and chilli flakes.
Sprinkle the soy sauce in it before adding the brown rice.
Stir it all together and let it set for 5 minutes. Serve.
