Ingredients
(2 - 3 Servings)
1 cup rolled oats
1 large egg
½ cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
1 ripe banana (optional, for natural sweetness)
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
Pinch of salt
1 tsp butter or oil (for cooking)
Directions
Add oats to a blender and grind into a fine flour.
Add the egg, milk, banana, baking powder, vanilla, and salt. Blend until smooth.
Heat a non-stick pan and grease lightly with butter or oil.
Pour a ladle of batter and cook on medium heat until bubbles appear on the surface.
Flip and cook the other side for about 1–2 minutes until golden.
Repeat with the remaining batter.
Serve warm with fruits, yogurt, or a drizzle of honey.
