Ingredients
(1 Servings)
2 large eggs
2 tbsp muesli (unsweetened, preferably with nuts & seeds)
1 tbsp milk (optional, for fluffiness)
1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
½ cup mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
1 tbsp Greek yogurt (for creaminess)
1 tsp chia seeds or flax seeds (optional, for extra nutrition)
A pinch of cinnamon (optional)
Butter or oil spray (for cooking)
Directions
1. Prepare the egg base
:
In a bowl, whisk eggs with milk and a pinch of cinnamon.
Heat a non-stick pan, grease lightly with butter/oil spray, and
pour
the egg mixture.
Cook like a thin omelet until set.
2. Add muesli & filling
:
While still warm, sprinkle muesli evenly over the egg wrap.
Spread a layer of Greek yogurt, drizzle honey (if using), and add the mixed berries on top.
3.Wrap it up
:
Roll the egg omelet carefully into a wrap.
Slice in half and serve
immediately
