Sugar- 3/4 cup
Cornflour- 1 tsp
Egg whites- 3
Salt- 1/4 tsp
Cocoa powder- 2 tsp
Directions
Preheat oven to 300F.
Whisk together sugar and cornflour.
With a hand blender, beat egg whites and salt until frothy.
Add the sugar-cornflour mix while beating constantly.
Keep beating until glossy peaks are formed (for about 6-8 minutes).
Add the cocoa powder and fold in well.
Drop batter on a baking sheet.
Bake until crisp, or for about 40 minutes.
Let it cool completely on sheet. Your low-fat meringue pie is ready!
