Ingredients

chicken 1 kg (12 pieces)
yogurt 1 cup
tomato puree 3 tbsp
fried onions 1/2 cup
ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
salt 1 tsp
red chilli powder 1 tsp
turmeric 1/2 tsp
cumin 1 tbsp (dry roasted and crushed)
garam masala powder 1 tsp
food colour red 1/4 tsp
black cumin seeds 1 tsp
green chilli 6
curry leaves 30
oil 1/2 cup
fresh mint 1/2 cup
Directions
Marinate the chicken with the ingredients under marination, mix well cover and leave it for 2 hours.
heat oil add black cumin, curry leaves, green chili fry for 1 minute.
now add the marinated chicken mix well cover and cook on low to medium till the chicken is cooked and the oil comes on the surface.
add fresh mint mix well.
serve hot and enjoy.
