2 chicken leg peice
1/2 cup tick curd
3/4 tbsp ginger garic paste
1 tsp gram masala
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp salt
tandori masala
1/4 turmeric powder
kasuri methi
1 tbsp lemon juice
cooking oil
Directions
​MARINATE FOR CHICKEN TANDOORI
to a mixing bowl, add thic curd, ginger garlic paste, gram masala, red chili powder, salt, tandoori masala, turmeric, kasuri methi, pepper powder and coriander powder.
pour oil and lemon jucice as well
Mix everthing well. The marinade has to be tick
Marinate to chiken arround 6-7 hours
After this
Tandoori pressure cooker
cook on high pressure for 15 min
carefully remove the leg pice from pressure cooker and set aside
Then on gas put some charcoal coal for tandoor
