Egg (Dim) 2 pcs
Onion (paste)
2 tablespoon
Ginger garlic (paste)11/2teaspoon
Tomato (paste) 2-3 teaspoon
Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
Red chili powder 1 1/2 teaspoons
Garam masala powder 1/2 teaspoon
Mustard oil

Directions
Take a bowl, mix 2eggs, onion paste1tsp , ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp, red chili powder 1/2 tsp and salt.
Take a stainless steel tiffin box and grease mustered oil in it and pour the egg mixture in to the tiffin box.
Take a frying pan and pour the plain water in it, keep the tiffin box with its lead placed tightly to the water and steam it up to 10-12 minutes.
After steamed the mixture of tiffin box became a solid mass, cut it in square shape and remove this from the tiffin box.
Now take a kadai pour the mustered oil and fry the pcs of Dim(Egg) Dhoka and keep this in a side.
On this excess oil and onion paste, ginger garlic paste,tomato paste and fry it well.
Then add turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt and again fry it, now add water to boil it on medium flame.
Add pieces of fried Dim (Egg) Dhoka in it and cook it for 4-5 minutes and at last add 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder on it.
Finally Dim (Egg) Dhoka ready to serve.
