Ingredients
(4 - 6 Servings)
Rice
Egg
Onion
Ginger Garlic paste
Green chillies
Tomato
Coriander leaves
Curd or Lemon juice
Turmeric powder
Red Chilly powder
Biriyani Masala
Cardamom & Cinnamon powder or crushed
Tej patta
Salt
Ghee and Refined oil
Directions
Heat refined oil in a cooker,
Add little ghee, add tej patta,
add cinamon and cardamom powder or crushed,
add chopped onion, add salt.
Allow it to turn golden brown.
Add ginger garlic paste.
Stir for 1 minute.
Add chopped tomatos, green chillies, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, two table spoon of curd or lemon juice.
Mix it well.
Heat oil in another pan, break the eggs, add salt to taste and then scramble the eggs.
Once ready keep it aside.
Now add the scrambled eggs in the cooker and mix it well.
After about 7 to 8 mnts add the rice.
Add Biriyani Masala and Mix it well and then add water.
FOR WATER QUALITY
whatever is the quantity of rice, add double water.
(For eg. If you take 1 bowl of rice then water would be 2 bowls) You may add 3 to 4 curry leaves (Optional) and cover the cooker lid.
After two whistles turn it off and it's ready to eat.
Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.
Serve it hot with Coriander Garlic chutney or Cucumber Raita.
