Ingredients
(4 - 6 Servings)
1 kg Chicken cut into Curry pieces washed and boiled with 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 cup grated fresh coconut
1/4 cup dessicated coconut
1/2 tsp jeera
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp pepper corns
2 small pieces cinnamon
2 green cardamoms
4 cloves/lavang
Handful coriander seeds
1 tsp fennel seeds
2 garlic cloves
Small ball of tamarind
4 Kashmiri Red Chilles
3 onions finely chopped
3 potatoes
Salt to taste
Directions
Roast all the dry masalas in a tawa till they release all the aromas.
keep aside to cool
Roast the coconut both fresh and dessicated.

Now blend the ingredients to a smooth paste .
In a kadai, heat oil add onions and fry well till translucent and almost golden brown
Add the masala paste and fry well now add the boiled chicken and stock ,salt to taste, potatoes and
cook on low flame for 30 mins.
