White chicken korma

Ingredients
(4 Servings)
Chicken – 600 gms
Oil – 1 Tbsp
Whole Garam Masala:
Green Cardamom – 5
Cumin seeds – 1/3 Tsp
Cloves – 6
Black Pepper – 15
Salt – To Taste
Onion paste– 1 Cup
Green chillies – 2
Cashews – 9
Garam Masala Powder – 1 Tsp
Yoghurt – 1 Tbsp
Lemon Juice – 2 Tsp
Directions
Place chicken in a bowl.
Pour some lemon juice, salt and yoghurt and mix well.
Marinate chicken for 30 minutes.
In a pan, pour oil and heat it up.
Add all the whole haram masala, then add onion paste and saute .. dont let it get brown.
Now add the marinated chicken.
Add the blended paste of cashew n chilly in the pan and saute for few minutes until oil floats on the surface.
Cover n let the chicken cook, till evaporate the excess water and make a thick curry.
Garnish with coriander
Now, white chicken korma is ready to
serve.
