Pat the chicken dry and season both sides with:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook chicken for:
Remove and keep aside.
In the same skillet:
Pour in chicken broth and scrape the pan for extra flavor.
Reduce heat to low and add:
Stir until smooth and creamy.

Cook for 2–3 minutes until spinach wilts.
Return chicken to the skillet.
Simmer for 4–5 minutes so the flavors combine beautifully.
Garnish with parsley, parmesan, and lemon slices.
