(4 Servings)
1 egg whites
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ a cup of all-purpose flour
1//2 a cup of water for kneading
1 chopped onions
1 tablespoon red chilli powder
1 chopped tomato
1 chopped capsicum
A few green chillies
Chopped fresh coriander to enhance the taste
Directions
Heat a pan on medium-low heat and pour oil into it. Now, add chopped onions, tomatoes and capsicum and stir fry it for a few minutes.
Add the rest of the ingredients to the pan- red chillies, coriander, salt and egg whites in the end.Cook until the egg is fully cooked.
Mix all-purpose flour and water to prepare the dough. Now prepare thin chapattis out of it.
Seal the egg mixture between two chapattis and sauté it in a pan until golden brown with a few droplets of oil on each side.
Your egg parantha is ready to be served hot!
