250 grams Chicken (stripes- cut into thin lengths)
3 tablespoon curd
1 tablespoon coriander powder
pinch Cumin powder
1/2 bunch Mint leaves (chopped)
2 sprigs Curry Leaves (chopped)
4 numbers Green chillies (sliced)
1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
1/2 numbers egg (beaten)
Salt to taste
2 tablespoon corn flour
pinch Msg / Ajinomoto (optional)
1/2 tablespoon soya sauce
Oil as required
1 cup buttermilk
1 tablespoon garlic (chopped)
1 tablespoon Turmeric powder
1 tablespoon red chilli powder
1 bunch 1 Coriander leaves (chopped)
1 tablespoon lime juice
Directions
Marinate chicken strips in buttermilk and salt (to taste) for 2 to 3 hours.
Take a bowl, add marinated chicken, corn flour, salt, egg, ginger garlic paste, 1/2 teaspoon of oil, mix it well and rest for 1-2 hours in refrigerator then deep fry the chicken till cooked.
Heat oil in a pan, add chopped garlic, sliced green chillies, chopped curry leaves, mint leaves, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, curd, salt, MSG (optional), mix it.
Then add soya sauce, fried chicken strips and toss them.
At last, garnish with chopped coriander and lime juice. Serve it hot.
