4 tbsp sliced almonds
100gm Chicken in a Pot
1 apple, julienned
1 small fennel bulb, thinly sliced, plus 1 Tbsp. fennel fronds
4 tbsp Whole Grain Mustard Dressing
2 tsp coriander.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°c. Toast almonds on a small rimmed baking sheet, stirring occasionally, until golden brown, about 4 minutes. Let cool.
Toss chicken, apple, and fennel with mustard dressing in a medium bowl. Top with toasted almonds, fennel fronds and coriander.
