6 Eggs
1 tsp dijon mustard
2 Tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp lemon juice
Coriander
Toast/Bread
Salt & Pepper
Directions
Place the eggs softly in a medium pot. Add cold water until the eggs are covered by about an inch.
Boil those eggs 10 mins. Stop the heating and cool eggs. Peel the eggs under cold running water.
Add the eggs to a food processor or magic bullet and pulse until chopped.
Mix in the mustard, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Chopped Coriander, salt and pepper. Taste and adjust as necessary.
And Serve with Toast/Bread.
