2 medium chicken breasts (about 250–300g total)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp salt (adjust as per taste)
½ tsp oregano / mixed herbs
½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
1 tsp lemon juice (optional)
Pat dry the chicken breasts using tissue.
If thick, slightly flatten them for even cooking.
In a bowl, mix olive oil + spices + lemon juice.
Coat the chicken breasts evenly.
Preheat at 180°C (356°F) for 3 minutes.
Place chicken in the air fryer basket (do not overlap).
Cook at 180°C for 8–9 minutes.
Flip and cook for another 8–9 minutes.
Remove chicken and let it rest for 5 minutes (important for juicy texture).
✅ Chicken is done when internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F).
Marinate for 15–30 minutes and avoid overcooking. Resting time is the secret!
